A confirmation email will be sent at the time of booking. Please keep this to make any changes to your booking.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice for a deposit refund. Deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours notice.

Lateness

Please let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment, we can usually allow for a few minutes, however we may have clients after your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment and apply the agreed terms & conditions as a no-show.
